To access the GIS lab, please fill the following key request form (the top half) and leave the authorization name and signature blank. Click the Save button located at the upper right (>> Save) to save it. Email the form to ITS support (support@unbc.ca) with the subject ‘GIS Lab key request’.
Give a few days for processing. The signed form will be available through the link GIS KEY REQUESTS. Search for your name or ID to find the form and download it. Then take this form and your ID card to facilities for key processing.
NOTE:
For all people with the GIS lab access, please take your responsibility to ensure the lab is closed and locked on both front and back doors when you leave the lab to avoid security issues. Thank you
